The Touring Operations Consulting is designed for developing touring teams who need clear guidance, foundational knowledge, and structured support, while keeping execution fully in-house. This engagement focuses on education, strategic oversight, and operational clarity.

Engagement Length

6 months total

  • Phase 1: Touring Foundations (First 90 Days)

  • Phase 2: On-Road Office Hours (Final 90 Days)

Phase 1: Touring Foundations
(Days 1–90)

Objective:

Equip the tour manager with a strong understanding of touring logistics, workflows, and decision-making principles prior to going on the road.

What’s Included:

  • Two (2) consulting calls per month (60 minutes each)

  • Strategic guidance and education

  • Review and feedback on tour plans and materials

  • Email support with a 48–72 hour response window

Key Focus Areas:

  • Tour manager role & responsibilities

  • Routing and scheduling fundamentals

  • Tour budget review and guidance

  • Advancing strategy and best practices

  • Daily touring workflows and communication

  • Risk awareness and contingency planning

Phase 2: On-Road Office Hours
(Days 91–180)

Objective:

Provide steady advisory support during active touring while maintaining clear boundaries around availability and scope.

What’s Included:

  • One (1) consulting call per month (60 minutes)

  • Pre-submitted questions and agenda

  • Budget and settlement review

  • Pattern recognition and optimization guidance

Final Outcomes

By the end of this engagement, the team will have:

  • A better-prepared, more confident tour manager

  • Clear touring workflows and decision-making frameworks

  • Increased awareness of risks and cost-saving opportunities

  • A stronger foundation for future tours

Investment

Phase 1 (Months 1–3): $600 per month

Phase 2 (Months 4–6): $300 per month

  • Additional consulting calls: $249 per session

  • Short-term pre-tour intensive: Custom quote
