Objective:
Equip the tour manager with a strong understanding of touring logistics, workflows, and decision-making principles prior to going on the road.
What’s Included:
Two (2) consulting calls per month (60 minutes each)
Strategic guidance and education
Review and feedback on tour plans and materials
Email support with a 48–72 hour response window

Tour manager role & responsibilities
Routing and scheduling fundamentals
Tour budget review and guidance
Advancing strategy and best practices
Daily touring workflows and communication
Risk awareness and contingency planning
Phase 2: On-Road Office Hours
(Days 91–180)
Objective:
Provide steady advisory support during active touring while maintaining clear boundaries around availability and scope.
What’s Included:
One (1) consulting call per month (60 minutes)
Pre-submitted questions and agenda
Budget and settlement review
Pattern recognition and optimization guidance

By the end of this engagement, the team will have:

Investment
